Masha Wagner Masha, founder and owner of Design Tech Remodeling, has been in the building and remodeling business for over 30 years. In addition to her management and supervisory experience, she has extensive industry knowledge, business skills, and a comprehensive network of contacts in the plumbing and building industry. Those abilities, combined with an understanding of both functional and aesthetic innovative design ideas, have contributed to the success of the company. Masha has always looked to her satisfied customers as the most important measure of her success. Her entire business philosophy can be summed up in one simple phrase: Customer Satisfication.

Nicole Raffensperger Nicole understands the remodeling challenges of customers and takes great pride in developing functional, beautiful environments to meet individual owner’s needs. Nicole keeps current with changing trends in design and remodeling and can work with customers in any style: traditional, contemporary, eclectic, or any combination of styles. She holds degrees in psychology and interior design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Mount Mary College. In 2010, she earned her Masters in Business Administration Degree from Marquette University.

Cristy Harmon Cristy's attention to detail makes her a huge asset to the homeowners in the design, space planning, selections, and project management process. She is there to assist homeowner's from concept to completion. Cristy's greatest reward is being able to turn a space that is outdated and no longer meeting homeowner's needs into a space that is beautiful, functional, and suited uniquely to our client's desires and personality.

Jennifer Hamm Jennifer is Design Tech's Office Manager, she will most likely be the first person you talk to when you call our company. She will assist you in setting up an appointment or answering any questions you may have regarding your remodeling project. She assists our designers in ordering materials, scheduling inspectors, and accounts payable/receivables. She is an intricate part of our company and is always willing to help

Kevin Latsch Kevin, Design Tech's Lead Carpenter, is involved in every aspect of the remodeling project with primary responsibility for quality control and time management. With more than 20 years of experience, Kevin takes great pride in his work and it shows in the final details and quality craftsmanship of each project. As a craftsman, his expertise includes finish carpentry, drywall, ceramic tile, and hardwood floor installation. Kevin finds new remodeling challenges inspiring.

Kurt Raffensperger Kurt, an expediter and accomplished carpenter, is involved in estimating as well as managing and coordinating sub contractors. He also works with municipal inspectors, managing individual municipalities' inspection requirements for each job. Kurt is the primary contact for customer service while a project is underway, making sure that any customer questions or concerns are addressed quickly and to the customer’s full satisfaction.

Steve Hengst Steve has been working in the construction industry for more than 40 years. A jack of all trades who loves taking care of the demolition process, Steve is eager to assist our lead carpenters in every aspect of the project and he is an integral part of the Design Tech Remodeling team.

Design Tech Referral Program

As a "thank you" to past clients that recommend Design Tech Remodeling to a family member or friend, the company has a Referral Program that rewards you.

A $50 Amazon card will be given to any person that provides a referral that results in an appointment being conducted with the referral by a Design Tech staff member. Jason Harned
Harned Plumbing LLC
Jason has 18 years experience in the plumbing field, including light commercial and new construction, but his forte is residential remodeling. A Master Plumber in Wisconsin who services all of the southeastern part of the state, Jason served his entire apprenticeship for one of the best and largest plumbing companies in the state before venturing on his own. He was trained in quality and professional workmanship and continues to have the same high standards in his own company.

James Dawson
Geneses Electric, LLC
Jim has 16 years of experience in the electrical industry, including fieldwork, bidding, project/lighting layout, management and more. He holds a Master Electrician Certificate with the State of Wisconsin, which allows him to work and become certified in all municipalities in the state. Jim and his employees have committed themselves to providing quality electrical services for remodeling and new construction at competitive prices. They pride themselves in the success of their business and like Design Tech Remodeling feels that customer satisfaction is the foundation on which to build their business.
